Piera + Tom Verona, Italy

On the recommendation of a friend who was to be a bridesmaid, Piera and Tom contacted me and asked me to photograph their wedding. After meeting Piera, getting on really well and having the same kind of ideas about what wedding coverage she wanted, they offered to fly me to Verona for three days to be their wedding photographer.

It is hard to find a single highlight of the wedding, but the spontaneous idea one of the bridesmaids had to take a shot that was a nod to ‘The Last Supper‘, is one of my favourites. The happy couple loved this shot so much they currently have a huge poster of this in their hallway.
